Sarah has classes for complete beginners, those with some experience, chair yoga classes, and online classes.
Yoga Classes
I teach a variety of in-person and online classes. There are lots of styles to choose from, including Sun Power Yoga, Chair Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Yin.
Workshops & Retreats
Workshops & retreats offer a wonderful way to deepen your practice and reset your nervous system.
